I thought I had read that the NASA Artemis/Orion mission would have higher quality photos to share once it returned to earth. Did I read that right?
The earthrise photos that were shared mid-mission were awesome but Iβd expect much higher quality in 2022.
Beautiful image taken yesterday during the flyby of NASA's Orion capsule by the Moon, in the Artemis mission.

As a kid, i smuggled a transistor radio into the classroom of Sr. Delores to listen surreptitiously to launches of Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo missions. As a college student, I watched with my family and billions around the world as Neil Armstrong set foot on the lunar surface. As an adult teacher, I applied for the ill-fated "Teacher in Space" program. You have no idea how happy this news makes me.
