#MoveIt2020 i gave up (or maybe: i gave in)
i gave up the idea of daily sessions. instead helping me overcoming my lazyness and establish some form of pactise, it did more harm on my mental health because i was beating me down for not doing anything or not enough, or not putting enough efford in (when there was actualy no time and or headspace or energy and other forms of selfcare were more important even when they served my lazyness).
but i try to opt in when there is time
