#MorningRunning Very hard to motivate myself to get up and run today, but crawled out of bed in time to get 7km😁.

Garmin proposed 30 mins in zone 2-3. Which is an absolutely rubbish proposal. Better to sleep😂
Garmin (who disagrees with itself) also proposes some anaerobic effort, which I did with two stints 😤

Did 10 minutes run. Was thinking about quitting soon. But completed. Don't look and think about others, focus on yourself. #MorningRunning 🌄

Slowly getting better after my ankle twist in December. I managed to go running 3 times this week without any pain. Great!

Bad news for my #MorningRunning, I twisted my ankle last week and I won't be able to run until January.

Today I even did a #5K ... Let's see if I can keep it during December.
