I wouldn't say this is classic Yes but it's the best album they've released in years (possibly in decades). If you like Yes but haven't bothered with their latest releases try this one.

First listen of #MirrorToTheSky, the new #Yes album, and it's been fairly enjoyable so far (I'm only a few tracks in).

It sounds a lot like Steve Howe's solo work, with a late-90s flair (think Keys [studio tracks] meets Open Your Eyes). The lyrics (not the vocals, they are just fine) are a bit iffy at times, which for Yes is saying something 😜 Billy Sherwood's backing vocals (and bass style too) are eerily reminiscent of the late Chris Squire.

Now to finish listening to it... 😊 #progrock
