I've had painful tendinitis on the bottom of my right foot for a couple of weeks, and it's finally easing off ..... only for me to somehow sprain my left knee this morning. Seriously, don't get old unless you can afford to bathe in Ibroprufen gel!  #MiddleAgedAF #MiddleAged #MiddleAgedMoan
