For those #actuallyAutistic or not who like to stare at huge data sets and models as I do, I strongly recommend meteociel. This french old-school website is surely my favorite in all the categories and it's the only one I know that allows access to global forecast models in so many possible ways and parameters.
GFS having the wider forecast timespan (10 days) the most beautiful, informative, therefore exciting modes are for me :
- the one displaying temperature at 2m and winds at 10m to have an idea of the weather anywhere in the next days (https://www.meteociel.fr/modeles/gfse_3d.php?mode=5)
- the one displaying JET STREAAAAM 
to have a gorgeous bigger picture of the dynamics ongoing (depressions and anticyclones) anywhere.
Oh don't forget to click on "anim" on the left to see the forecast progressing through time 
Of course just watching infrared satellites animations is super cool too so you can have a very fine view over all clouds, especially those so cute cumulonimbus popping up (they look like forest farts, i love it

And you can even have a look at all the lightnings striking in real time !! That's a so cool feature to know where they're from (also available over the us) !
