To me, the flaw in this measure is that the payments aren’t targeted to the people who need it the most. Wealthy Oregonians don’t need these payments.

Got my first spam from the no on 118 campaign. I'm going to see how much I can harass them, calling them ghouls and failures as human beings.

118 is a tax on corporation profits that is distributed to permanent Oregon residents, much like Alaska's Permanent Fund Dividend. Currently targeting $1600 a year rebate.
