Doing some meal prep for the work week. Found a bulgogi sauce at the grocery store and had to grab it (I have no Korean restaurants around).

With the addition of a bunch of green onions, a boat load of toasted sesame seeds, and a drizzle of sesame oil on top, this tastes like college at the University of Washington.

(I miss the Korean food on The Ave)

So I think I'm getting sick :( but it hasn't hit (hubby was sick and is on the mend). In preparation I have got chicken marinating for tomorrow, mixed the carrot and daikon salad, made the sauce, and the baguettes are on the first proof.

All the that's needed to make banh mi tomorrow will be to airfry the chicken and cut it up. Assembling them will be a piece of cake for hubby or kiddo.
