#Enshittification is more than enough of a reason to ditch anti-user #software, but I think we don’t give enough credence to the exhaustion that many feel when apps insist on creating so much obvious engagement bait, rather than implementing SOLUTIONS to PROBLEMS. Everything wants to be everything to you, from Spotify having DMs, to this, Discord having a wrapped—it’s an insidious #maximalism.
