A spc prosecutor has charged a fmr #Republican candidate for #Michigan AG & a former Rep state lawmaker w/with crimes related to the #2020election. The charges were authorized by a grand jury agst #MattDePerno & fmr state Rep #DaireRendon. DePerno faces 4 charges, incl undue possession of a voting machine, & willfully damaging a voting machine. Rendon faces 2 counts: conspiracy to commit undue possession of a voting machine, & false pretenses.
