Schönheitskur für Lego-Modell der "Queen Mary 2"
Im Maritimen Museum in Hamburg steht ein Lego-Modell der "Queen Mary 2". Nun machen zwei Baumeister das 16 Jahre alte Teil wieder flott.
On the #InternationalWorkersDay we would like to specially greet all those who work at sea, in #maritime related jobs and all our colleagues in museums, archives and educational or research institutions worldwide!
Here is a detail picture of the workhorses of the sea section of our general display of waterline 1:1250 scale miniatures, where we show the best part of the over 50000 objects of this type in the museum’s collection. You can find this display on deck 9 of #museum.
Today a large group of colleagues from all departments of our team participated in the HafenCity Run. This charity sport event takes place every year in our neighbourhood with the aim of collecting money for charity projects of the Hamburger Abendblatt hilft e.V., which are directed to kids. Companies and associations from Hamburg inscribe participants with a donation each, and the teams then run 4,5 km in the city.
Everything at the #maritimesmuseum is ready for the #lndmhh ! It’s is going to be a long #museum night in #hamburg indeed. The celebration starts at 6pm. Go check the program we have put together for you all in our website:
