UBC's International Justice & Human Rights Clinic has a Magnitsky Team that builds sanctions submissions against human rights abusers.

Email [email protected] and ask if they're considering a submission against named Epstein co-conspirators under Canada's Magnitsky Law.

Tips:
- Keep it short and respectful
- Mention the FBI's own docs label people as co-conspirators
- Note the US is unwilling to prosecute
- Offer to help spread the word

US sanctions top Hungarian official for alleged corruption

A senior Hungarian government official close to Prime Minister Viktor Orbán was on Tuesday hit with U.S. sanctions for his alleged involvement in corruption in Hungary. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctioned Antal Rogán for corruption while in office. Rogán, the minister in charge of Orbán’s cabinet office, is a key figure in Orbán’s government and oversees the engineering of wide-reaching government communication campaigns that are credited with being instrumental in maintaining Orbán’s power since 2010.

In 2019, I wrote a thread about the absurdity and outright internationally confirmed criminality of Bulgarian state prosecution. 5 years later, a new #prosecutorGeneral has to be selected preemptively, but his appointment is in the hands of the same two political parties as before, which in the meantime had their prominent politicians sanctioned by the US #MagnitskyAct
