This military assistance involved many older weapons due for scrapping. In any case, this was provided as aid, by the American people, and consistent with our constitution, it was approved by our Congress, and signed by the President into law. This shakedown attempt by oligarchs violates this American law. #Ukraine #MagnitskyAct
