ARRESTED: Border Patrol agent Alfredo Mancillas, Jr., 32, a Border Patrol Agent from Corpus Christi, TX, was arrested in St. Paul, MN on Jan 27, 2026 slumped behind the wheel of his car and covered in vomit. Mancillas was charged with driving while intoxicated.
