It appears to be a mini-version of a "scaled" psycho-social measurement instrument. Note that there is bias built in with 85% of 15,000+ respondents being "not techbros". I'm not convinced that 18 questions is enough to make these determinations. Some may be familiar with the #MMPI which does similar things and includes a "lie scale" as a validity check.

I wonder if it has been validated or written up academically? There is some documentation of the scales themselves under the little triangles. But no "About..." link that I can find. Very mysterious.
