Thanks. It relies on existing building blocks though, like #MMDVM , #GNURadio and the #DMR trunking controller (DMRTC) which has been in development for more than two years.

Anyone else experiencing #RaspberryPi systems failing lately?

I have a handful of 3Bs and 3B+s that I've been using since they were new and within the past year or two, every one of them has seemingly died. They light up, but don't seem to boot. I've tried different SD cards and power supplies, but to no avail. The last one to go was my #mmdvm hotspot. 😕

Really struggling to find the root-cause of this #OpenGD77 #MMDVM hotspot simulation sound quality problem.

Testing with Parrot - works for approx 2-3 secs, then breaks down completely to an unrecognisable noise. Definitely sounds like an RFI issue, but cannot figure out where and how. Even with the radio set to mW levels it's not working well.

Next, I will move the antenna far away from the radio by some coax.

Some bit and bobs I been working on this week, set up two new HS's, duplex HS for #DMR and simplex HS for #YSF #POCSAG

I am really happy with the quality of the boards and work very well out the box with Pi-Star.
