The same message was wanted to be given to women and LGBTI+s within the scope of the gender struggle by fascist parties and religious-salafist reactionary administrations that gained power in world politics. In fact, practical steps were taken and the women’s liberation struggle was subjected to serious attacks.

After Iran and Afghanistan, the religious-reactionary government in Syria also imposed compulsory hijab on women, and women were forbidden to go out in the regions under their rule without a male relative. There have been mass arrests and massacres of transgender people in some Syrian cities.

Women’s and LGBTI+ rights and struggles; In the last year, it was an ordinary target sign where male-dominated structures and administrations in many parts of the world practiced shooting. Electoral investments have taken the form of who is more misogynistic and LGBTI+ haters. Abortion bans and restrictions on access to contraception have come to the fore, especially in the United States and European countries; the existence of LGBTI+ people was denied, saying that sexual orientation and gender identities are diseases; Femicide, sexual violence, hate crimes and labor exploitation have increased more than ever.

Attacks on women’s achievements in Turkey-Northern Kurdistan continued in a similar manner. Now, with the declarations of the “Year of the Family”, plans are being made to confine women to their homes, and as a result of these plans, it is aimed to force women into care work and to expose them to more labor exploitation. Incentives for childbirth, money per child, and long-term planning due to declining birth rates, as well as making it harder for women to access contraception, are only a preliminary stage in turning women into fetal containers.

LGBTI+s, on the other hand, have been the main agenda of “family strengthening” policies for a long time. LGBTI+s, who are seen as the destroyers of the “holy family”, are the direct target of power discourses.

Some of the articles prepared for the laws that have come to the fore in recent days and stipulate prison sentences for the open expression of sexual orientation and gender identities make LGBTI+ people vulnerable to sexist and homophobic attacks, especially their life safety.

These examples, which are an indication that the political process, which is already progressing with difficulties in terms of gender struggle, will become even more difficult; As seen in the increase in male violence, it will evolve into an even more aggressive situation with impunity for the perpetrators of violence, heavy penalties given to women who exercise their right to self-defense, and the encouragement of hate crimes.

The course of male-dominated state policies on this basis is first and foremost aimed at breaking the axis of women’s struggle and resistance and dominating women and LGBTI+s through force.

However, as long as the male-dominated capitalist system exists and violence continues, the legitimacy of resisting oppression will continue; There will be no end to women swimming against the tide, rebelling against the Republic of Obligations.

And moreover, the generations of women whose bodies were pierced with needles by medieval stampers in search of “signs of witchcraft” will amplify the women’s liberation struggle against today’s modern stampers who speak out over their labor and bodies.

Resistance; It is very difficult and will take it from the system. This clear aspect of the struggle will enable many rebellions and oppositions to bud in the branch of action.

It is these exits that are the lamp to the darkness that should be inspired. the courage of the female student who undressed and protested against the compulsory hijab at Tehran’s Azad University; the will of the crowd that brought together hundreds of thousands of Indian women against sexual violence; the anger of Mexican women who set fire to the palaces of “justice” of the bourgeoisie; the upright stance of Gisele, who trampled on social morality rules and said that “shame must change sides”; the resistance of women from Turkey-Northern Kurdistan, who led strikes against labor exploitation; This year is an example of how impenetrable fences, rough roads and jagged slopes can also be overcome thanks to mighty walkers.

Every woman who has been discouraged, whose faith has been broken, whose talents have been usurped should remember and not forget: Thanks to those who chose to fight against blind indifference rather than sit by the window and watch those struggling outside, this sexist darkness was able to be torn away.

Audacious subjects who insist on taking the helm of their own lives; These swamps could be drained because guillotines, execution benches, and death squads were inhabited.

And this world; Women who have turned resistance into a part of life because there are those who prefer to be angry have not come to an end, they have not yet become pitch because they have multiplied.

As every year, this year, the legacy of 129 weaving women from New York, who rebelled against the conditions of exploitation and paid for it with their lives, is the price of freedom; it will be owned and nurtured by its successors. And today, women will raise their common voices and demands from all continents against the system in which labor stolen under capitalist exploitation, hungry stomachs, poverty and being tested by violence, justice that protects men, murderers of women, child abusers and perpetrators of hatred are fed.

Once again, we salute the resistance of the activist culture, the destructive dynamic that created March 8, commemorates with respect and gratitude all women pioneers who have become immortal in the struggle for socialism, especially Comrade Clara Zetkin, who is the inspiration of today; We reiterate our pledge to enlarge the great heritage handed down to us at great cost and to develop the fight for all the positions to be won for the sake of the struggle for freedom.

Two valiant commanders of the Kurdish nation, two leading revolutionaries of the Kurdish national struggle, Orhan Cihat Bingöl (Ali Dinçer) and Tekin Goyi (İsmet Ünver), were martyred in the dastardly attacks of the fascist Turkish state, which attacked the oppressed nations and minorities, beliefs and their defenders with the most brutal fascist methods and positioned for complete annihilation, against the Medya Defense Zones on June 6, 2024 and Rojava Kurdistan on July 19, 2024. We pay tribute to comrades Orhan Cihat Bingöl and Tekin Goyi, who devoted their lives to the struggle against the national oppression of the Turkish ruling classes and became immortal for this cause, and we promise to enlarge their memories on all fronts of the revolutionary struggle.

The relentless defender and implementer of the monist–racist paradigm, the eternal enemy of the nations, minorities and beliefs in our geography and the region, the fascist Turkish state does not take a single step back from its policy of national oppression despite all the regressions, economic and political crises it has experienced, and continues its attacks with all kinds of dirty methods for the sake of pumping blood into the chauvinist–nationalist–sharia vein it feeds on. The liberation struggle of the Kurdish nation against national oppression is the center of these attacks.

In this respect, the four parts of Kurdistan are demonstrating a magnificent resistance against the heaviest war conditions and attacks, making gains and paying a heavy price. Heroically resisting from the North to the South, from the West to the East, the HPG/YJA Star guerrillas under the leadership of the PKK also make technical, technological and tactical contributions to the development and renewal of the guerrilla struggle at the same time as the guerrilla struggle they carry out.

Undoubtedly, one of the most important strategic weapons in the conduct and development of guerrilla warfare is the command echelon–cadres. Comrades Orhan and Tekin took their place in the war with this awareness and responsibility, and from the first day to the last moment, they participated and led the struggle with all their selves in terms of developing the war, meeting the needs of their people and the revolutionary war. Comrades Orhan and Tekin, who met the war developed by the Turkish state in every field, directly in the field, in the war, played an important role in the gains achieved thanks to the important tasks they undertook and the sacrifices they made. Comrades Şahin, Mercan and Doctor fought heroically against the tactical superiority of the enemy with technological war tools and the quality of technological warfare without any hesitation in the Socialist People‘s War. Our comrades, armed with devotion to the revolution and Party consciousness, fought and became flags without backing down in the face of technological war superiority. Their practices, which are the flag of war and the call to war, guide us and will continue to show us.

They not only played a decisive role in the institutional foundation and development of the Socialist People‘s War. Comrade Şahin, a member of the Party Secretariat, as well as comrades Mercan and Doctor, played an important role in the development of our Party. They made important contributions to the organizational/military line, tactics and strategic policy that the party should follow. The geography of Kurdistan as a whole continues to resist, struggle and fight against the occupying-annexationist attacks carried out by the fascist “Turkish Republic” state and its collaborators. We salute all armed and unarmed resistance positions that are in solidarity, especially the Kurdish nation and movement-guerrilla, who do not bow down to oppression, resist and fight against all kinds of national oppression and turn every area into a war position against the fascist attacks of the “T. C” state!

The Kurdistan region is facing “new” attacks that are not new but are insidiously expanding/expanding as a concept. The fascist “Republic of Turkey” state and fascist government, which are trying to get a share of all kinds of imperialist conflicts with the aim of destroying Kurdistan and the Kurdish nation, are trying to carry their current occupation attacks to a new phase by making the Iraq/Baghdad Government and the KDP-Barzani partnership more active, and are carrying out/planning new attacks on Southern Kurdistan and Medya Defense Zones (and Rojava). In this context, it has recently made new and intensive military shipments to Southern Kurdistan, established new military bases and is trying to increase these bases. Although these may seem new, these attacks have been going on in the region for years under the name of the “Claw-Lock” fascist occupation attack. In other words, neither this partnership it has established, nor the military shipments it has made, nor the technical-technological attacks it uses are new. The main reason why it needs such a wide range of preparations, an open and advanced partnership with US and western imperialism, the Baghdad government and the KDP is the existence and heroic resistance of the HPG-YJA STAR guerrilla that protects the national democratic rights of the Kurds! It is the inability to uproot the positions of resistance against occupation and collaborationism from the geography of Kurdistan.

With the defeat it suffered in the local elections, the Erdogan-AKP-MHP government has lost the wind it has been behind so far. The current power clique, which tries to draw a solid, authoritarian power profile, and which pretends to have managed to get out of all crises with the statements that it has passed us “on a tangent” – “we are flying“, is struggling in desperation at its own limit. The fascist Erdogan, who assumed the leadership of the world by shaking his fist in all directions, is now screaming for help all over the world. After the “U” turn he made in order to normalize the strained relations with Middle Eastern countries such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, which he called “Murderer“, “Dictator“, “Coup Plotter“, etc. , his approach to the domestic opposition by saying “Normalization” and the developments from the slogans of “Murderer Assad” to the calls of “Come and end this resentment” reveal both the crisis and the desperation very clearly. The dirty, sincere negotiating and pragmatist face of bourgeois politics is unconcealably exposed. On the one hand, it is trying to look for opportunities in the NATO-US-EU triangle, on the other hand, crumbs are being pursued in the Russia-China-Shanghai triangle. Erdoğan and the AKP-MHP, who are looking for resources in order to at least control the economic crisis they have not been able to overcome, and who want to pump blood into the national-chauvinist vein in order to divert attention from the economic-democratic problems and their power, seek to extract concessions from the imperialists and seek support for the new occupation attacks that will develop their power.

There has never been a lack of blood, cruelty and oppression on the geography of Kurdistan, which was divided into four parts by ignoring the right to self-determination and annexed by the reactionary states of the region; The Kurdish nation, whose language, culture and existence were denied, were subjected to nothing but assimilation, genocide and massacres by the nation-states of the region. Against this injustice, oppression and ignoring, which is historical and continues today, the struggle for existence, rebellion and resistance of the Kurdish nation, from women to men, from old to young, has developed and grown until today. Today, it has achieved very important gains and positions. In addition, the reactionary-denialist attacks on the gains of the Kurdish nation and the war of annihilation against the resistance forces continued with intensification.

Undoubtedly, one of the biggest executors of these extermination and liquidation attacks today as in the past is the Turkish ruling classes, the state and the AKP-MHP fascist government, which is its representative today. The AKP-MHP fascist government, which ignores the most vital rights of the Kurds in Turkey-Northern Kurdistan, massacres them, fills the prisons with Kurdish politicians, perpetuates the isolation of the prisoners, usurps their will, rains bombs on their cities and mountains every other day, burns their forests, poisons their waters, plunders every inch of Kurdistan, has carried these bloody policies to every part of Kurdistan, occupied many parts of Rojava and Southern Kurdistan, and thus it is trying to expand the occupation. As in Northern/Bakur Kurdistan, it is developing a bloody war against the peoples of the region, especially the Kurdish nation, in the places it occupies, and plans to liquidate the Kurdish national struggle and settle permanently in Kurdistan. If not, it aims for a Kurdistan without Kurds. For this reason, there are no techniques that it has not used, no weapons, bombs, poisonous/chemical gases that it has not tested, and it has not failed to use all kinds of dirty methods in its attacks against the Kurdish national movement. However, all of these tools and methods hit the total resistance of the Kurdish nation, especially the guerrillas, and it was the Fascist Turkish state that was defeated every time.

Let‘s not allow new invasions, let‘s take part in the resistance against the occupation. .

The fascist “Turkish” state has been continuing its preparations for a new invasion attack on Southern Kurdistan for a long time with political-military-intelligence high-level meetings in the region, military preparations on the border and shipments to the border. Being aware that the fascist Turkish state would not be able to avoid experiencing the same defeats as before without the support of the reactionary forces and imperialists in the region and would not be able to get the result it wanted, it did not hide from the public that it needed the approval and advanced support of the Iraqi state in its new attacks, as well as the active cooperation of the KDP. At this stage, the developments and occupation attacks in Southern Kurdistan for a while show that this reactionary alliance has been carried out at an advanced level with a more comprehensive content.

With the occupation force, the “Turkish Republic” acts in Southern Kurdistan as if it were in its own territory, cuts down forests to establish new bases, conducts identity checks in the settlements in the areas it occupies and establishes bases, carries out detentions, and tries to evacuate (dehumanize) the settlements and forces them. By further opening up the territory of Southern Kurdistan with its mountains, villages and urban centers to the fascism of the “Turkish Republic” and providing all kinds of military, logistical and political support, the KDP helps the “Turkish Republic” to advance and move more freely. In addition to its active support to the “TC” state against the resistance of the Kurdish guerrilla, the KDP is an accomplice of the fascist “TC” with its reactionary/collaborative role in the bombing of the villages and settlements of Bashur Kurdistan with planes and artillery, the burning of residential areas and forests, the massacre of the people and the dehumanization of the region by forcing them to migrate.

Neither this support nor the support given by the Iraqi central government will save the AKP-MHP fascist government, and it will not enable it to achieve its reactionary goals. The fascist Turkish state will once again be defeated with its collaborators. The heroic resistance of the HPG-YJA STAR guerrillas and their creative actions in a new style already point to this fact. What needs to be done now is to embrace and expand this historical resistance of the guerrilla in every field, and to transform each field of struggle into battle positions against fascism and occupation.

The peoples of the region, especially the working class and toiling peoples of Turkey and Northern Kurdistan, must put an end to these occupation attacks, take part in the resistance against fascism, and resist. The united resistance of the guerrilla and the people is the only force that can defeat and win the evolving invasion attacks.

Our Party leadership, which was represented in the 17’s, is an important milestone in this history, one of the driving dynamos of progress. They are an inseparable part of our history of struggle, the name of a questioning and innovative milestone opened in a scientific direction. . .

Our party‘s long history of struggle based on revolutionary war, its feature that offers significant gains to the revolutionary class movement with its rich experience of struggle, as well as its revolutionary value, tradition and ideological-political heritage created at the heavy cost of great battles, is a specific history. The enormous value created by our comrades, who have become immortal in every section of this history, at the cost of their lives, and the contributions they have made have a great role.

The leadership of the 17’s, which had meaning for our party with the practice of revolutionary breakthrough and the development of revolutionary war, drew attention as a leadership representation and practice that posed a great threat to the enemy. As a matter of fact, the enemy launched a strategic annihilation attack in the face of this threat, inflicting the biggest blow our Party has received both in terms of quantity and quality. Our Party leadership, which took serious vital risks for the development of our Party and the growth of the revolution, was slaughtered as a result of the fascist attack of the enemy. . .

Undoubtedly, this fascist massacre, carried out by the strategic annihilation attack against our Party leadership in the person of the 17’s, was not a coincidence. On the contrary, the enemy, who saw the development of our Party with the leadership of the 17’s, especially in the armed revolutionary war, and the visible reflections of this development in other fields of struggle, planned the fascist massacre attack with a very conscious attitude and with the aim of decisive destruction and put it into action with great military forces. The enemy, who besieged Munzurlar with a military build-up, applied a completely new war concept by using Cobra and Sikorsky combat helicopters in the most effective way in this major offensive operation. Our party leadership was physically liquidated by being slaughtered in this fascist attack aimed at decisive annihilation, which was activated by the enemy with a strategic attack plan. They resisted the intense fire attack carried out by Cobra helicopters with heavy weapons with their steel will and put up a historical resistance. . .

The physical loss of our congress leadership has become more meaningful than the loss of a great organizational power, a loss of experience that is difficult to acquire, and a great process of regression, especially with the loss of ideological-political-organizational accumulation and quality.

After the dissolution of our leadership, the few remaining cadres and members immediately took action and began the recovery process. Party militants were ready to take on the task, facilitating the conditions for recovery. After the massacre, the existing cadre-member component went to the formation of the KÖK in a short time and formed the temporary leadership. By applying the tactic of retreat on the basis of the tasks it had set before it, the KÖK took the necessary steps to restore the central structure of the Party. As a matter of fact, in a short time, the will of the Party was gathered held acongress.

Our Party continues its progress and makes progress on the basis of a series of successful works carried out in the general activities of the Party and the practice of revolutionary struggle, especially the Party congresses held in the following years.

However, despite all the progress and developments, our Party, which has not been able to fully fill the void of the 17’s, is clearly experiencing the great pains and effects of this heavy process on the basis of ideological-political-organizational inadequacies. On the other hand, our Party has carried out important studies with the scientific method and determined will it inherited from the 17’s and has made a path that cannot be underestimated in the development of the struggle. The scientific path opened by the 17’s continues to be a light for our Party.

Our Party continues its Communist march with the determination to carry the struggle for political power to victory and shoulders the tasks of the class struggle without hesitation. Our Party is aware that commemorating the 17’s is about embracing our revolutionary duties and responsibilities, and in the final analysis, about carrying out the revolution…
