I'm probably not going to ask ppl to content warn much, any more. The ppl doing it out of ignorance seem to be like, in the minority.

The ppl left are those self-important waffles who feel ENTITLED to other ppl's attention, who care little for CONSENT, and who believe thier lukewarm takes to be more important than other ppl's MH.

So tbh just catch an unfollow, a mute, and maybe even a block. You're not much better than the toxic ppl from Twitter many ppl here left to avoid.

I seem to always have a down week after an up week. Very frustrating. Pretty sure my meds are not working at all, hoping estrogen and possibly ADHD meds will help instead.

Organizing and pushing through the pain has helped a fair bit, but I am no where near "normal".

I cannot stress enough how big of a deal "moderate"" mental health issues like Generalized Anxiety Disorder can be.
