square taper / threaded bottom brackets
silver components
mechanical/non-electronic braking & shifting
serviceable parts
Basically the stuff that started to go out of fashion when I started working in shops a quarter century ago.

I asked the lady at the Crane Bell booth 今日はご出張ですか？ (politely indirect way of asking if she flew all the way in from Japan) and she said yes, so I bought their most expensive bell to support my people 🇯🇵
