IMHO the moment a #game is being #delisted / not available to buy for the platform(s) it was released on, it should have it's #copyright|s stripped, because at that point the #IP holders should not be able to claim "#damages" or "#LostRevenue" when they refuse to #license under #FRAND terms!

Anything else is just absurd!
