The City of #Oslo has sent a #Christmas tree to London every year since 1947 as a gift of gratitude to the peoples of London for the support during World War II.
However, this may be the last Norwegian Christmas tree given to London due to concerns over impacts to the environment of shipping a tree every year.

Look what just arrived today! I'm not a video producer, but I think that this lens would be amazing for those wide sweeping scenes, giving life quite a cinematic look!

Wanted to see what a full frame camera could capture of the night sky from a dark park in the middle of a heavily light polluted town. It didn't help that a waxing gibbous moon was in the night sky just to the left of the frame.
Not as impressive as the #MilkyWay shots which I've seen from many of you, like https://mastodon.art/@Billthoo/111355306490219243 from @Billthoo, but I'm impressed to have been able to shoot this from the middle of a town! You can JUST about see it!
I haven't been in #London for a good few weeks as have been away, but saw tonight that all the #Christmas lights have been put up on #OxfordStreet and #RegentStreet already.
There's something really nice about how London looks getting towards Christmastime. 🎄

Went out to play with the #Sirui 1.33x #anamorphic adapter for mobile phones earlier today, shooting a sunrise at #HadleighCastle in #Essex.
Initially, I wanted to get an anamorphic lens with neutral-coloured flare for my full frame camera, but seeing this makes me just want to stick with the blue flare which most people associate with anamorphic lenses.
