Farooq | فاروق [Master Patata]I have 3 packs, almost full, hopefully still working. I brought one pack with me to #Shiraz at our local #LibrePlanet event to give to people at LAN party who are under 18. There was none. I returned them back to home.
But now I'm curious if they are still working after all these years. I also have got a USB Floppy drive.
خب بچه‌ها میگن باید به فارسی هم فرسته داشتم باشم. رویداد #سیاره_آزاد #شیراز خیلی خوش گذشت. یکی از چیزایی که توی شیراز فقدانش رو احساس میکردم، نبود هم‌زبان بود. تا حدی احساس غریبی میکردم. گفتگو با خانواده و یکی از دوستان به زبان مادری، #بندری، کمک کننده بود.
و البته همونطور که توی فرسته‌های انگلیسی‌ام گفتم. دسترسی به کامپیوترم رو متاسفانه از دست دادم. کامپیوترم رو گذاشته بودم توی فضای کار اشتراکی #بندرعباس که #سکان باشه. و یک شبکهٔ مجازی خصوصی رو برای دسترسی از راه دور بهش راه‌اندازی کرده بودم. ولی متاسفانه اینترنت سکان قطع شد. و الآن هم که سکان هستم دارم از طریق اینترنت شخصی می‌نویسم.
قرار بود شیراز که برم یه دونه ردمی نوت ۹ اس پیدا کنم که روش سیستم‌عامل #پست‌مارکت رو نصب کنم و به عنوان گوشی روزمره ازش استفاده کنم. ولی حتی دسته‌دومش هم گیرم نیومد. البته توی دیوار نگاه نکردم. ولی بعدش متوجه شدم که ردمی نوت ۱۲ پرو ۴جی هم پشتیبانی خوبی داره. و جدید‌تر هست و می‌تونم یه دونه نو گیر بیارم.
جمعیت زیادی توی #هکاتون بازی آزاد #لوانتی شرکت نکرده بودن. ولی همون کسایی که شرکت کرده بودن واقعا علاقه‌مند بودن. امیدوارم تونسته باشم هم برای بازی کردن هم برای مشارکت توی توسعه جذبشون کرده باشم.
Yesterday at #LibrePlanet event, I had stomach problems. I hadn't eat food for about 24 hours or more. And before that I had eat only little. But Thank God, I think I explained #MinetestCTF code well and answered the questions, even though I could not concentrate much. However as a shameful deed, and as a side effect of low concentration, I was massively using English words instead of their Persian counterparts. I was trying to tell the Persian word, too after I used the English word. When you can't concentrate well, you don't think much about what you say and how you say it. And it's real hard to censor things.
Hopefully in the next events, I will care more about my health and I will speak pure or close to pure #Persian.
At #Shiraz #LibrePlanet event, I introduced myself as #freeculture advocate including #freesoftware and a #wikipedia contributor in #Persian and #English. It would be a pity to limit such these to only software. And we had some good lectures about #freedesign and #opensourceai. I do believe we have to pay much more attention to art, music, graphics and design in #FOSS. And also we need to pay more attention to #opensourcegames. I did my part by doing an event about #Luanti. And I'm glad two lectures weren't about programming.
