BUDA::lab fab lab in Kortrijk, Belgium. In a community centre. Started with EU project funding but with a strategy for long-term sustaining. Stakeholders include the municipality strategic development unit, a local university of applied sciences, and the local Design Council, all of whom are interested in local enrichment, entrepreneurial capacity building, and industrial-symbiosis type material circularity. December 2014.
