I'm going old school. C99, #X11, #libvlc. I thought I'd call it "Moosique". I even have a Friesian cow for the icon, and the best bit is I can do the 'dog food' thing and use it to play music while I work on it :-)

also checking out the libvlcsharp project to maybe use as a videoplayer backend

it says it is compatible with godot but theres no links to any project like unity and unreal
