Ok let's start the day with a #Welsh #question .. it's .. "too many years" I've been living in Wales and YET I have NOT once found a place in the Carmarthenshire ( or immediate neighbour ) county where I could get "a proper welsh breakfast including #laverbread properly cooked". I tried once to make/eat it myself I was nearly puking. Recommend me a "proper Welsh place" to go and get one ! 🙂

I had never heard of this lady, her discovery, or how important it was to the sushi industry.

I also had no idea that Welsh seaweed was more or less the same thing as nori. Is the main difference the fact that nori is dried?

I was thinking longingly of #laverbread and saw assorted #seaweed packs on #Crowdfarming. Mmm, laverbread, fried seaweed (better than made with cabbage), vitamins 'n' stuff. Trouble is, I don't know what to do with most of these. Each packet has a #recipe on the back but only one appeals to me. Any seaweedcookery experts here?
