Grilled some pork chops, a ribeye, and Wagyu burgers last night. Unfortunately, there was a *spectacular* grease fire and the ribeye did not survive. What was supposed to be rare was a charred, well-done slab of meat. I ate it anyway as I didn't want to waste it.

The grease was from five pounds of 73% "lean" burgers I grilled over a month ago. Now that the warmer weather is here I can finally clean it. It's dirty enough to qualify as a Superfund site. 🤣
