Here's another article about the problems with #TrunkBasedDevelopment. They experienced that developers often were blocked due to other ppls failing tests in trunk, complexity with feature toggles and harder to refactor code. Therfore they came up with another strategy, called #Koritsu.

Trunk based development was broken for us. We fixed it.

We came up with what we call 'Koritsu'. Kōritsu is the Japanese word for efficiency. For us, Koritsu is the most efficient development process we've ever tried.
