Cold Duchess of the NorthFirst sleeve finally done 
used a very boring and unnecessary conference call to bind off (don't tell my boss).
I usually do the sleeves before finishing the body, because I like to make sure I have as little left over yarn as possible, and this is the best way for me to ensure that #knitting #knittingwip
