And the sad news is 
: #Gmail took the oportunity to warn me that they are removing the POP3 connection system anyway this year.
But there is no good alternative if you want to stay on GMail as forwarding mail there doesn't work at all (I tried for years)
So maybe i'll need to self host but sending mail is actually the problem if I do that, not receiving... that protocol is clearly broken.

I was in an electronics store today (all the lefthand buttons on my backbone one suddenly stopped working, so i got a new one on warranty)
Anyhow, i was passing the Chromebooks and they had this sign selling the "Google Chromebook experience"... And, well, i guess the picture can speak for itself...
I have posted about this before but it still needs to be shown from time to time... Google are brutal at times!
