Loops just shipped a gif keyboard feature!

It's powered by Klipy, and admins need to register and get an API key.

By default, they only allow 100 requests per minute (until you request a production API key), so I added some gorgeous UX to handle those rate limits and keep users happy!

Since Tenor changed their API restrictions, we've moved away from their service and now use KLIPY for our GIF picker! Which means it's working again :D
