Christos Argyropoulos MD, PhDI just did my 1st review for #JOSS and wanted to share my experience. Iliked quite a bit the streamlined process, the open nature of the review, the flexible review deadline and the helpful bot assistant. I liked the manuscript format quite a bit : the tight word limit makes the papers tight & focused on the topline stuff, forcing one to build strong repos for the rest of the material.
More journals should follow @joss process of transparent real time interaction among authors and reviewers!
