Please, someone, remind me not to work on JJ Flex right before bed while I'm on this unnamed medicine I'm on. Apparently I had JJ flex Radio hooked up to a blender / voice processor unit to increase filter preset tonality, all while making grape juice. You see, the blender turned on when you pressed PTT, but kept fizzing over for some unknown reason, maybe the ALC was set too hot, and big pieces of grape kept shooting across the room at varying speeds based on filter band presets. No, I had no grape juice before bed, all I did was work on a race condition bug that caused a lsb filter setting / filter command issued at the low eend of the band to literally render the radio slice unable unusable until you closed the software. The bug is fixed now, so I have no idea what the hell happened there but anyway. If anyone changes filters on your Flex while using JJ Flex, think of me and this stupid dream I just had. Yep. Now I have to figure out how to fall asleep again after … that. #WeirdDream #HamRadio #JJFlex #HelpMeNow
Work wouldn't allow me any time to work on other projects thanks to a botched go live. Tonight, I opened up Claude Code and found a test plan with over 40 tests to complete. Talk about detailed. Also was curious how much the project has grown since I forked it from JJ'S son's account. Apparently we've added about 30% line wise to the codebase, most of it in csharp. That's about 7000 lines. The setup and executables haven't changed at all, if anything 32 bit got smaller after the Dotnet 8.0 migration. It's all signals green and up from here friends. #JJFlex #HamRadio #sdr
