Remember when I was in the hospital for 12 days in March? My main dinner while I was there if my mom couldn't bring anything was a little bit of horrible chicken tenders, a small chocolate ice cream, and my main course, Italian ice (usually lemon). I could not stop thinking about the Italian ice when I got out. Well, I have some now and I can't stop eating it! Lemon Italian ice forever!

I made some Lemon Italian Ice last night. It's really good but it's a little more icy than the store bought stuff. There must be a trick to fixing that. Otherwise it;s sweet and tart and delicious and very refreshing.

Now I need to buy a lemon squeezer.
