For our upcoming #Aikido and #Iaido seminar with Yelitza Cuevas Sensei, I proposed an experiment to host an open mat on the last day, for anybody who still has enough energy to try and work through or experiment with the techniques shown during the seminar ... while it is still fresh in memory!

The number of times I've gone to a seminar, and just a day or two later cannot remember those one or two really cool things...

Wobei das stimmt nicht ganz, Kendō mache ich ja nach wie vor Mo/Do 😊

Wenn ich so weiter mache wird aus mir noch ein ganz passabler Schwertkämpfer. Man weiß ja nie wann die Nächste Zombie-Apokalypse kommt 🤷🏻

Great news! #JussiEkholm has been invited to an afternoon of Japanese #swords in Helsinki, 29th Mar, 4pm. He is a well known collector of swords and is visible on international forums. This will not be about practise, but about learning the beauty and crafts behind the #katana.

A must for anyone into #iaido, #kenjutsu or even #aikido. I will definitely be there, so hope to meet some of you then. At the #Nishi dojo.
