#IPMSVictoria's show also had some really good non-gaming miniatures.

#IPMSVictoria's model show had some really good Sci Fi models. The Space Battleship Yamato had sound effects and remote controlled animation of the turrets and anchor chains. The K'tinga Battlecruiser and Space Clipper were also very impressive for their size and detail. The K'tinga won gold.

I entered some of my #BattleTech miniatures in the #IPMSVictoria 2025 model show in the Gaming Figure (for BattleMechs) gaming Vehicle (for a Hovercraft and a helicopter) and Science Fiction/Fantasy Figure Diorama categories. I didn't stand a chance int he first two against the Warhammer enties, but no one else entered in that diorama category so I won by default.

I went to the #IPMSVictoria model show today and entered my #ClanJadeFalcon snow diorama and some stand alone #BattleTech minis. No one else entered in the "Gaming Figure Diorama" category and I won by default. Not the glorious victory the Falcons deserve, but I'll take it.

I'm signing up for a PixelFed account and I'll post some more photos there rather than inundating Mastodon 4 at a time. I'll boost it on this account if you're interested.
