And what's extra difficult is that while we're following our breadcrumb trail of seemingly random associations, we generally get interrupted every other thought with NTs' messages that we think wrong, we learned wrong, we're just doing it wrong, ad infinitum ad nauseam. It's exhausting.

Most of the time, in order to remember to look at the list I've made, I have to put it somewhere it will be a physical obstacle to future me *enough to make future me irritated*.
It now occurs to me that this might somehow be the explanation for the mystery of why I found a pair of my sweatpants in the freezer.
Anyway, yeah, #ADHD is exhausting.

#TIL that #ADHD affects similar areas of the brain that get affected when a person experiences trauma. So at varying levels, those of us who have ADHD *can* be walking around with a form of #PTSD as well.
