Been about two months on #HRT for #perimenopause, which has taken the edge off a lot of my weird annoying symptoms (the ones that oft contribute to a Sneaky Hate Spiral™ a la #HyperboleAndAHalf), so now I'm tracking #hayfever-related shit.

Via the Weather Channel app: starting to suspect some combination of humidity, high pressure and grass #pollen is the culprit. Conditions that also correlate strongly with cases of "thunderstorm #asthma", when the wind becomes severe enough.

It's weird to feel your organs shifting around though.

I'm in mild-to-moderate discomfort; I guess it's comparable to a bad period.

I'd say it's mostly 3-4 on the #HyperboleAndAHalf 'Better Pain Scale,' with a few cramps of around 5.

I've only taken 1 oxy, and I hope that I don't feel the need to take more. I prefer to avoid opiates stronger than Tylenol 3 (and even that, sparingly) as a general rule.
