Bald eagle recovering in Houston after being entangled in fishing line

A fishhook attached to a fishing line hanging from a tree caught the bird’s wing in late March along the Neches River. The bald eagle was then entangled and left trapped in "chest-high” water, unable to fly, according to the Houston SPCA.
