91 decline push-ups in set one today for a rep record at this level of difficulty and also a new best set time — beating my time to 90 reps from four weeks ago by 58 seconds. I'll knock out another 1–2 sets tonight. 100 reps coming soon! Meanwhile, I'm off for a challenging ride on the road bike.
