@faab64 : of course the French are hypocrites, and so is my government. And obviously it is saddening to observe that NOT basic human rights and international agreements, but rather both capitalism and economics have to be endangered before the western world (slowly) starts changing their mind.

But I (and, much more importantly, a lot of people in the Middle East) could really use some more good news - in addition to NL restoring trust in UNRWA (leading to EXTREMELY pissed Zionist right wing parties in NL).

I'm not the most risk-adverse person, but the guy shrink-wrapping my dome (with a propane-powered flame-thrower device) mentioned the possibility of a fire, and I immediately deployed a charged 100ft hose and a fire extinguisher.
Now nothing bad can happen, right ?

Fazit des Kliniktermins:
In unserer Ambulanz (Hämatologie/Onkologie) hatten fast alle Patient*Innen und Begleitpersonen Maske auf und komplett alle Ärzt*Innen und MFA.
Wer weiß aber, wie lange noch.

Im Haupthaus sah es ganz anders aus.
Dort hatten max. ein Drittel aller Leute Maske auf, auch Ärzt*Innen eher selten.
Reinigungspersonal, Lieferdienste und Krankentransportleute alle ohne.

Erschreckend.
