I had a few light rent chores to tend to this morning, then I just took a shower and that took way longer than it should have, between getting out of my dirty clothes in the shower washing my hair, beard and body, getting out drying everything off brushing my hair and beard, getting dressed in clean clothes, I spent an hour, to you that may not seem like much, to me it is way longer than it used to take, I use to be able to do all that in 15 minutes, my body really is degrading fast, and now Id love to eat something but I really need to place an order for food, your help would be really beneficial to me right now;
