Good overview, but inherits some of Hare's original sin of splitting psychopathy into two "factors" that are very different qualitatively, but then bundling them back together as one when he builds his checklist. That means that factor-2 dominate selection because of the lack of control, criminal record, and explosive violence.

Also reads like she is a dating coach or an HR person
