At today's #writers workshop, we wrote to a prompt that included the condition that we write a duplex poem. Duplex is a stepchild of the pantoum, so there is repetition of elements.
We got 15 minutes to write

When an eel has a maw
with a pharyngeal jaw,
that’s a moray.
When the jaws open wide
and there’s more jaws inside,
that’s a moray.
When it skulks in a reef
and has two sets of teeth,
that’s a moray.
When an eel bites your thigh
and you bleed out and die
that’s a moray.

Threatening to eradicate an entire population is not some kind of clever bargaining approach
It is almost certain to solidify opposition, make supporters flee, and consolidate power in the hands of the encumbent
It is the dumbest move in the history of the planet
I need to find somebody in Canada who sets up Wordpress websites at a reasonable price, hosted on a Canadian server. I want a person who can arrange for webhosting and a security certificate, install Wordpress, add a few plugins and themes, set up a contact form, and provide some help for a new user.
This is because I don't want to be this person. When friends ask for help getting started, I want to provide a name and URL. I'd like to say hey, go over there and think about hiring this person, I will be at the beach and I do not help with websites anymore.
