Oh. Like that.
I got confused because in a youtube video somebody pronounced »homogenous« with stress on the third sillable and that with /iː/ the FLEECE vowel, instead of /ɪ/ as in KIT.

Then i noticed that they had said »homogeneous«

And it turns out »homogenous« is the less common variant, sometimes proscribed, albeit well established.

It's telling that so many #white people across #NorthAmerica can remember the first time they saw (especially in real life) or met a #Black person.

I doubt most Black people who grew up in North America have similar, specific memories in regards to white people.

That's a subtle #privilege, and detriment, having such a #homogenous #environment.

Now, how often have you been in a Black person's home as an invited guest, and vice-versa?

And there is even #homogonous = "pertaining to flowers that do not differ in the relative length of stamens and pistils".

Non-native speakers rejoice!
