Two ingredient (vegan) chocolates. First, make a chocolate mousse by whipping up some (vegan) whipping cream and melting some (vegan) chocolate, then mixing the melted chocolate into the whipped cream. Spread the mixture out in a brownie tin for easy cutting, and pop into the freezer. Once properly set and frozen, again melt a bunch of (vegan) chocolate, take the frozen mousse out of the freezer and cut into pieces of whatever size you want, roll the pieces through the melted chocolate (I use two forks to do this), and place on baking paper to set. Once set and hardened, store in fridge in an airtight container, they'll last for a long time (idk how long exactly, but probably longer than it takes for you to eat them).
Depending on how fast you work, you might need to reheat the chocolate to keep it from setting, and you might want to split the chocolate mousse into smaller portions and work in batches instead of taking it all out of the freezer at once.
