The species should put sanctions on the ultra-rich. It should be illegal for financial institutions to do business with them.
No one should do business with them. None of us should honor their money, wealth, power, property. We shouldn't work for them in any sense of the word.
And/or, eminent domain them. Condemn their property. Civil forfeiture their cash and luxuries. Sue them by any means necessary.

I'm doing some administrative consolidation (as one does when they get a bit older), and I closed my fidelity account.
After moving funds to a different account, Fidelity printed and sent me a check for $0.24. I don't know why they did this, but they did.
Other men might be embarrassed to cash this check at the bank. I plan to ask for my proceeds in specific denominations of coins.
It's mad money and I'm treating it as such.
