@Alice I celebrated that moment when I was ejected from my #HiEd job, by slowly feeding fifteen years worth of “Exceptional Performance” reviews and my “Congratulations on Ten Years of Service” award into the crosscut shredder at home. It felt amazing. Took a long time to start forgetting all that pain and trauma. But it helped me get to where I am, so it’s fine. My current job doesn’t bother with evaluations. LOL.
