Partner went out to get groceries, and collect script for one of my eye drops.
Got home - no eye drops.
Much meltdown.
Partner proceeded to search frantically, berating themselves, “they were so expensive!” (because of course these are the eye drops not covered by the PBS), searching over again, finally heard me calling the pharmacy to see if the drops had somehow been left there.
Pharmacist will order in another bottle of eye drops, reissue the script, (we will pay again, no matter, accidents happen.) Pharmacy staff have even offered to search the car park.
Life with #CPTSD and two #ActuallyAutistic people goes on.
3 Good Things, evening of Tuesday...
1. I have good people helping me. Always important to remind myself of that.
2. Digging this Indian Chill playlist on Spotify right now. Fits my mood.
3. Books are coming together - tomorrow is the last day of Nanowrimo and I kind of gave up on the novel #3 manuscript 2 days ago when I finished the restructuring of the first draft. Have been working on the reissue of novel #1 and the soon to be published novel #2. So: good book days here, generally, and certainly Nanowrimo inspired.
Oh and can I have a fourth one?
4. My son is, as I type, building the Lego kit I got him for his birthday, and at age 17 (he's building an 18+ adult Lego kit) this makes both me and him very, very happy.
