#helpSomeone today you’ll feel better

Every $10 earned at my Kofi store will mean a pol as to what $5 of it goes to---charity, saving up to start and eco-friendly farm that will eventually donate food to food pantries and release native butterflies, more supplies to expand my store, or to help a disabled LGBT+ person move out of a toxic country.

PS: I sell LGBT+ and diversity items

@cbcns
Words cannot describe the feeling of being gutted, over and over again by the agencies incharge of protecting us all.

- Thousands homeless and sleeping in the streets
- Hospitals collaps(ed/ing)
- Pub Health lies about #covid
- Regressive laws against humanity targeting #2slgbtq persons, #teachers, and #unions
- No effort to reduce emissions
- No effort to build renewable energy
- Leaders doing what they want even when it's against their cabinet & constituents (#fascism)
- Wholesale theft of workers rights via extra-legal contract manipulation
- Continuous support for #oil

#AtlanticCanada needs to WAKE THE FUCK UP! We need to start showing up for eachother.

I'm still here. I'm back-ish? Today #selfcare looked like having a mental breakdown while with the right person (that's all the details I have energy for right now, full stop).

What did it look like for you?

This is inspired by a toot from @RWParlerWatch

Stop #ComparingYourself to #OtherPeople (which is really what the #ThouShaltNotCovet part of the #TenCommandments is about).

Instead, compare yourself to who you were #Yesterday or #LastWeek or #LastYear and if you're #Sustaining or #Improving then #YouAreSucceeding

The best cure for feeling like you don't matter is #HelpSomeone (#Help is #WithSomeone not #ToSomeone)
