Consensus is 2023 is going to ve a challenge and that people already now have to dig deep to solve the management challenges of a fundamentally different business climate.

First day back at work after a good, long Christmas vacation.

One of the advantages of having your birthday close after New Years is that it is possible to extend the vacation for just a couple of days and ensure that you're fully recharged before heading back to work.
